A rumor is spreading through DC (my town) like wildfire from high ranking sources:
Hillary Clinton will avoid humiliation and drop out this Friday, FEBRUARY 29th.
Suddenly, on Intrade, shares of "Dropout.Feb08.Clinton" have surged almost 800%.
Is that a result of the rumors or is someone in the know putting their money where their mouth is?
Ok Clinton fans, this one is for you:
I hear many of you claiming that Clinton has been at a disadvantage in the Democratic primary because of rampant sexism.
I also hear you claiming that Barack Obama is a horrendously weak general election candidate and that Hillary Clinton is our best chance to beat the Republicans.
These two sentiments seem to contradict each other. If sexism is so prevalent and debilitating for Hillary in the Democratic primary, then won't she wilt in the general election, where she will face mcuh worse sexism?
Hillary Clinton is a doer and not a talker. She realizes the value of doing over the value of talking. She is about solutions and not speeches. Because if you're vetted like her, and you have withstood the attacks she's withstood, then you won't raise false hopes about what we can accomplish.
She has 35 years of experience - and that's the strength experience to make change happen. She's been fighting these battles for over two decades so she's in it to win. If the Republicans attack her, she'll turn up the heat and turn America around. Some of us hope for change, but Hillary works for change.

it is rare that i weigh in on issues other than the masons, the homosexuals, and lesbian avengers club #34 which meets in waynesboro on thursdays. however, it is time for me to bring to your attention some candidates who are running against george allen, who proudly enjoys shoving it down whiny homosexuals' throats.
one is named james webb. i do not know much about him, but my mexican housekeeper told me he is both a vegan and a former college professor who taught liberal swine 101. i had her immediately deported upon hearing this news. her orphaned children will be sold at an auction and the proceeds will go towards an anti-homosexual wall around san francisco.
the illegal immigration problem is getting out of control. just last week, over 15,000 mexicans entered my neighborhood. talk about suburban sprawl. they're all living in 44 small shacks that the government pays for. they emerge occasionally to collect government checks, but then go back to their layers. they send most of this money to their families in mexico and none of it is invested in the economy.
a similar thing is happening today. the conservatives are under attack from every corner. they can barely maintain their majorities in the senate house and their slim majority in the executive branch (condi rice and hud secretary alfonso jackson are communists) without being attacked by liberals.
hud grants are being used to open up methadone clinics in the rural areas and bath houses in our inner cities. naturally, this spreads aids and filthy needles, as well as hiv.
president bush has rightfully proposed to send hud back to hell. what does this have to do with virginia? well hud employs lots of workers in northern virginia, and these workers are converted to homosexuality as a requirement for being hired. that's not something the liberal media will tell you, but i heard it on the michael savage show last week.
i've been asked by several liberals posing as conservatives: "why don't you use terms like faggot, queerbatious, or rug muncher?"
there is a good answer to this question: i'm not homophobic. i love all of god's creatures, including beavers, frogs, horses, slugs, trees, bushes, and homosexuals. i just think that homosexuals should be kept away from children, the blind, blankets, beach balls, rodents, government benefits, those bouncy rides outside of walmart, line dancing classes, eye goggle stores, chimneys, the home and garden network, and me.
